Dimensions refer to the artwork size excluding the frame. Framed pieces add approximately 4–6 cm on each side.

Dispatch Time

All pre-illustrated prints are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order.

Packaging

Unframed prints: shipped flat or in a reinforced tube with protective sleeves.
Framed prints: shipped in secure, reinforced boxes with corner protectors and cushioning. Includes a fitted hanging kit — ready to hang on arrival.

Tracking & Insurance

All orders are tracked & insured. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.
If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement.
